Verification of age
Ginagain Spirits Ltd does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site you confirm that you are over the age of 18. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Ginagain Spirits Ltd is over the age of 18.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE CONDITIONS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18, Ginagain Spirits Ltd will prosecute you to the full extent allowable by law.
Minimum age of 18 applies to UK residents. All conditions contained herein apply to all users based on the minimum drinking age in their country of residence. Ginagain Spirits Ltd will not sell to anyone, for any reason, under the minimum drinking age within their country of residence.
Responsible drinking
The UK Government advises that no-one should regularly drink more than fourteen units of alcohol a week. Consistently drinking more than 14 units a week carries progressive health risks. After an episode of heavy drinking it is advisable to refrain from drinking for 48 hours. In some situations like pregnancy, it’s better to avoid drinking alcohol. Delivery
The cost of delivery quoted includes delivery to GB Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands).
Orders are sent with a two day carrier, who will deliver during the day, Monday to Friday, between 8.30 – 5.30 – if you would like to receive your order outside these times or within a specified time slot please contact us as a surcharge will apply.
Unless you book a special delivery service, we are not able to specify a time, but you can request that the case be left with a neighbour or another safe place if you are out. We cannot guarantee that the local courier will carry out your instructions, but we will do our best to make them aware of them. We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order, usually within 4 working days, although delays are likely at Christmas.
Tax Charges
Our prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%
Returns Policy
Our return policy only applies to specific circumstances, which only includes Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items: If you discover that any item in your order is damaged, missing, or not the one you ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer you the option to receive a refund or have the correct items resent. In certain cases, the fulfillment center may request you to return the item using a provided return label or call tag.
Guarantee
Please check your order on arrival and let us know as soon as possible if there is anything broken or missing. We will sort the problem out without fuss.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Your order is an offer to buy from Ginagain Spirits Ltd. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Ginagain Spirits Ltd unless and until we accept your order, and in the case of spirits and goods to be delivered to you, when we debit your credit card. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when we debit your credit card, a contract will be made between you and Ginagain Spirits Ltd.
All spirits or other goods ordered remain the property of Ginagain Spirits Ltd until payment is received in full. Our total liability to you for non-delivery of purchased goods is limited to the purchase price of the products.
Ginagain Spirits Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your spirits if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or other poor weather conditions, Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
Ginagain Spirits Ltd reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices contained on this the website without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement to such change. Ginagain Spirits Ltd further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the website at any time without notice to you. The posting of prices and other terms of sale on this web site shall not constitute a binding agreement and Ginagain Spirits Ltd is not obliged to sell products on such terms.
All content, including without limitation graphics, logos, text, images and other features, appearing on this website, and their associated copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property are owned, controlled or licensed by Ginagain Spirits Ltd.
