Meant to be a sipping gin, we set out to create a spirit with the distinct but subtle flavor of California oranges coupled with the spicy, black peppery feel from cubeb pepper berries. Never one to overwhelm or overdo it, our gin is at its base level a true gin for true gin lovers.

Our California orange peel imparts citrus notes with subtle orange undertones without being too sweet.
LEMON GRASS
Imparts a distinct citrus note paired with herbal, slightly earthy undertones. The zesty taste of lemons without the sweetness.

Crafted with care, this “go-to” summer gin delights the palate with crisp, zesty notes, culminating in a warm, citrus-infused finish. You immediate sense the grapefruit front-end, the familiar basil notes then sneak their way in, finishing with the warm gingery bite towards the end.
