Our First Edition gin combines the citrus tang of California orange peel with the aromatic, spicy notes of cubeb pepper berries. Created to be served neat, but pairs nicely with tonic over ice.
Distillery
Our London Dry Gin is produced in an independent small-batch copper-pot distillery, producing grain-to-glass spirits in Northamptonshire, England.
The base alcohol is produced in-house from raw ingredients, combined with our select mix of juniper, California orange peel, cubeb pepper berries and other spices, then distilled to perfection in small batches of just 200 bottles for our initial run.
Tasting Notes
Ginagain has been created with a loving attention to detail. Meant to be a sipping gin, we set out to create a spirit with the distinct but subtle flavor of California oranges coupled with the spicy, black peppery feel from cubeb pepper berries.
Never one to overwhelm or overdo it, our gin is at its base level a true gin for true gin lovers. Sip it. Taste it. Experience it.
Orange Peel
Our California orange peel imparts citrus notes with subtle orange undertones without being too sweet.
Cubeb Pepper Berries
Spicy, peppery berries with hints of lemon and pine. The tang of black pepper with a smoother, richer finish.
Lemon Grass
Imparts a distinct citrus note paired with herbal, slightly earthy undertones. The zesty taste of lemons without the sweetness.
Cardamom
From the ginger family, this seed capsule from southern India carries an herbal, citrusy, highly aromatic flavor reminiscent of camphor and eucalyptus.
Cassia Bark
Cassia imparts a warm, sweet, fragrant flavor similar to cinnamon bark. Undertones of honey with subtle woodsy notes.
Grains of Paradise
A West African spice similar to peppercorn, binging in typical gin notes of cardamom, coriander, citrus, ginger, nutmeg and juniper. Conveys a light, peppery heat.
